Use Science for Your Life

We take a scientific, evidence based approach to help you grow in your wellness. We use an approach to scientific studies called Single Subject Experimental Design (SSED). This is different than the classical approach to scientific human studies that uses large groups of people in at least two groups – a control group and an experimental group. The classical approach is great for well funded studies. But classical studies are challenging when we want to find out whether something works specifically for our life. So, the SSED approach can be carried out by each individual on their own.
