The Single-Subject Experimental Design

The main approach that is currently used on this website for our D.I.Y. wellness is that of Single-Subject Experimental Design (SSED), also known as Single-Subject Research Design (SSRD). It is a relatively simple approach that has a long history that can be traced back to some of the original psychological studies in the 1800s. The SSED approach can also be used for finding out what works for our own wellness. The SSED allows us to use our own measurements for both the control and the experiment.
